Donate to American Action Network

The American Action Network is a social welfare organization devoted to advancing the policy preferences held by the center-right majority of our country. The American Action Network has been incorporated and has received official IRS recognition of its tax exempt status under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. It will engage in a variety of educational and other activities consistent with its tax-exempt status.

Contributions to the American Action Network are not tax deductible as charitable contributions and are allocated entirely for activities that are non-deductible business expenses. The American Action Network does not solicit or accept earmarked funds for political activity. Donations received by American Action Network will be used at the discretion of the organization’s officers and directors to fund all of its activities to best promote the center-right policy agenda. Donors should consult their tax advisors about the tax treatment of their contributions.
