Political Contribution Policy

There are NO contribution limits in Virginia.

This committee can accept contributions from any individual who is a United States citizen and any United States corporation, union, association, or partnership.

Federal law prohibits this committee from accepting contributions from foreign nationals or foreign corporations.  However, an exception to the law is granted for individuals who have a valid green card.

If you are contributing as an individual, you must meet all of the following requirements:

(1)  I am a United States citizen or a permanent resident having a valid green card.

(2)  My decision to contribute is made knowingly and voluntarily from funds owned or controlled by me and is not made from the proceeds of a gift, the purpose of which was to provide funds to be contributed.

(3)  This contribution is not made from the general treasury funds of a foreign corporation or any other foreign entity.

(4)  The funds I am donating are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.

(5)  I certify this is my personal credit card not funded by a prohibited source.

Virginia law requires this committee to maintain a record of the name, mailing address, job title or profession, and name of employer or employer's specific field for each individual who contributes to our committee.  However, your information will only be reported if your cumulative contribution for this campaign exceeds $100.

Contributions made to political campaigns in Virginia are NOT tax deductible.
