Dear Friend,

Thank you so much for looking us up online.

As you already know, the fight to Defend Marriage, Protect Religious Liberties and Promote Freedom of Speech and Conscience has raged on now for quite some time and we are asking you for your help and for your financial support.

With your assistance, we will continue to push back against the libertine left and their vicious anti-religious attacks.  Here in Omaha, our Petition to reverse the so-called "equal-employment" LGBT ordinance continues and we are looking for Petition Circulators and for Donors to fund the effort.  Thank you for your consideration!

Why are we circulating a Petition to reverse the ordinance?

  • Omaha failed to meet the US Supreme Court's 3-Part test for a civil rights classification.
  • Omaha doesn't have an un-equal employment problem and no complaints were filed leading up to the passage of the ordinance.
  • No civil right protected classification should be based on a behavior or lifestyle choice, especially an immoral Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual or Transgendered lifestyle which are unhealthy for the individual and for the community at large.
  • The ordinance was defeated in the fall of 2011 but then brought back and rammed through by the narrowist of margins and on a split-vote in March of 2012 without much public discussion of discourse.  The people thought it was defeated only to learn they had been circumvented by Gay special interest groups.
  • The ordinance creates a negative, immoral and outright bizarre new counter-culture within our community.
  • The ordinance casts a dark and uncertain cloud of legal peril and government regulation over our business community.
  • The ordinance intrinsically causes buinsess owners to forego their 1st amendment right to free speech and right to petition their government in their own businesses in favor of someone else's so-called right to express themselves as something that they are not.

It's a Myth.  The Gay Rights Agenda is not growing organically.  They are being supported by special interest groups.

  • Before the 2012 Election, there were 20 States with outright bans on Gay Marriage.  Today there are 32 States with bans.
  • Before the 2012 Election, there were no States that allowed Gay Marriage by Legislation and only 6 States with some sort of Civil Union.  Only 2 States allowed Gay Marriage but only through Judicial fiat.
  • Today, only 9 States allow some sort of civil union, gay marriage or domestic partnership (including Washington DC).

All over the world, the trend is against normalizing the Gay agenda to redefine marriage or introduce bi-sex or transgender ed into the school curriculae; but you wouldn't know it from how it is being portrayed in the media.  So, we still need to continue the fight to push it back.

We need you, your talent and your support!

Thank you in advance!
