Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Under Texas law, individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, and PACs may contribute to political campaigns.  Texas law does not limit the amount donors can contribute to a candidate.  The Danny Pelton Campaign may not accept contributions from corporations, labor organizations, or foreign nationals who have not been granted permanent residence in the United States.
