As you can see, any Democrat insisting that the payroll tax holiday be extended without providing responsible ways to pay for it is acting with complete disregard for the hard-working American taxpayer. With a $15 trillion debt and a struggling economy, it is irresponsible to pass laws and extend programs that are not offset with equal or greater spending cuts.

Our future and the well being of our Republic are in jeopardy. We cannot let Washington liberals continue to use the politics of fear to make a down payment on more debt and wasteful spending.

We will never borrow our way into prosperity.
