Donations are not tax deductible. 100% of the donations help defray the cost of my California Open Carry lawsuit and do not go to California Right To Carry which is a California nonprofit association. My Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit seeks a permanent injunction against California Penal Code PC 12031 (renumbered to PC 25850 on 1/1/2012) and California's two recently enacted bans on openly carrying unloaded firearms.  I also challenge the restrictions on California handgun licenses as applied to Open Carry only.  My lawsuit does not in any way seek to carry concealed for me or for anyone.

PC 12031 (a) (1) A person is guilty of carrying a loaded firearm when he or she carries a loaded firearm on his or her person or in a vehicle while in any public place or on any public street in an incorporated city or in any public place or on any public street in a prohibited area of unincorporated territory.

Donations are NOT tax-deductible California Right To Carry is a California nonprofit registered with the California Secretary of State. It does not solicit or accept public donations for its organization. Operating expenses are provided entirely by its membership. 100% of the donations to the legal fund will be used for the Federal lawsuit. None of the money goes to the organization.  California Right To Carry does not solicit or accept public donations to fund its operations. Donations are not tax deductible.
