Contributions to Rick W. Allen are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individuals may contribute a maximum of $5,200 to the campaign - $2,700 for the primary election and $2,700 for the general election ($10,400 per couple).  Multicandidate PACs may contribute $10,000 to the campaign - $5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election.  Corporate contributions and contributions by labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks, and foreign nationals without permanent residency status are prohibited.

Federal law requires Rick W. Allen for Congress to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
