Under California law, we may accept contributions up to $27,200 from individuals, businesses, corporations, unions, PACs or other domestic entities. Foreign nationals and national banks are prohibited from making campaign contributions. We are required to disclose the name and street address of every donor of $100 or more in the calendar year. If you are contributing as an individual, California law requires that we also collect and report your occupation and employer. Contributions are not tax deductible.
