January 2015 Pre-Legislative Session Raleigh Fundraiser Reception for NC Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin

Friends, Supporters and Political Action Committees (PACs) are invited to a special New Year/pre-Legislative Session Reception in Raleigh for NC Insurance Commissioner Wayne Goodwin. 
Insurance Commissioner Goodwin will be seeking a third four-year term in 2016.
Interested persons are asked to mark their calendars for January 6th, 5:30-7pm and drop by Tyler's Restaurant & Tap Room, 18 Seaboard #150, Raleigh -- adjacent to William Peace University.
Sponsors and co-hosts who are known by January 5th will be recognized at the reception.  Hosts and Sponsorships range from $5000 to $250.  The suggested amount for individual attendees (non-sponsors) is $100/person.
Co-hosts, sponsors, guests and general supporters may either bring their donations with them to the reception, make their donations online (either this page or via www.waynegoodwin.org), or mail them to The Goodwin Committee, P.O. Box 27841, Raleigh NC 27611. 
Any PAC contribution must be received prior to the convening of the North Carolina General Assembly at 9AM, January 14.
(Also of importance to PACs is that Commissioner Goodwin and other elected officials will be prohibited from receiving contributions from PACs during the time that the NC General Assembly is in official session -- that is, from January 14 through approximately August 2015.  Accordingly, this is the last opportunity for PAC supporters of Commissioner Goodwin to contribute to his campaign committee for much of 2015.)
Interested persons are encouraged to attend and will receive a formal mailed invitation by U.S. mail very soon.  If a recipient of this email or mailed invitation or any related communication is prohibited by law from making a contribution to this campaign or being solicited for political contributions, then please note that the message is intended solely for informational purposes.  No donation is sought whatsoever from a registered NC lobbyist or other prohibited person.  No donation will be accepted from any registered NC lobbyist or other prohibited person.
