Contributions to Committee to elect McDonald to the Senate are not tax deductible. Personal, PAC and Corporate contributions are acceptable and will be deposited according to New York State Election Law. Individuals may contribute $6,500 for the Primary Election, plus $10,300 for the General Election. New York State Law allows corporations to contribute an annual aggregate of $5,000 for all New York State Political Contributions. Federal law prohibits foreign nationals from making contributions to any local, state or federal political committee.
