Texas Consumer Association (TCA), is a 501 c(4) Texas public policy advocacy organization founded in 1964 and is serving as the fiscal agent for Blue Ribbon Lobby Day in 2015. Your payment to TCA will be used to defray expenses related to materials, meeting rooms and food for the lobby day and are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
