To comply with federal law, we must use our best efforts to obtain, maintain, and submit the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. Contributions or gifts to the John Mica Campaign are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections. They are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002. An individual may contribute a maximum of $2,700 per election (the primary and general are separate elections). By submitting your contribution, you agree that the first $2,700 of your contribution is designated for the primary, and any additional amount up to $2,700 is designated for the general election. Corporations and individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person for making a contribution to John Mica for Congress.
