Contributions to the campaign committee are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes. The committee may accept contributions of any amount from any United States citizen, corporation, union, association or partnership. United States law prohibits any political organization from accepting contributions from foreign nationals (except for lawfully-admitted green card holders) or foreign corporations.

The committee is required to record the name, mailing address, occupation, employer and employer address for each individual who contributes more than $100 during a calendar year. Please note that "occupation" should describe the type of work you do, NOT your title. For example, use student, retired, construction, marketing, farmer, homemaker, entrepreneur, consultant, business person, teacher, etc. Do NOT use titles like owner, vice-president, manager, etc.
