Shaun Newton and Ryan Appleby embarked on a mission to bring a Boys and Girls Club to Lincoln County, NC and they are challenging you to help them succeed. They both share and credit two positive influences in their lives despite never meeting each other until the idea of the Boys and Girls Club of Lincoln County was established. Those two are the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and the United States Marine Corps. Both credit the former with potentially saving their lives and the later for instilling strong character traits.

Well now they have decided to make the final push to bring "The Club" into reality by joining their shared experiences together and jointly conducting a ruck march from West Lincoln to East Lincoln for a distance of 35 miles if they can get at least 1,000 people to sponsor them. Will you sponsor them and donate $1 for each of those miles so The Club can provide a safe place for the children of Lincoln County to grow?
