First State Liberty was incorporated in our State of Delaware on January 14th, 2014. We applied to the IRS for 501(c)4 tax exempt status in August of 2015 and received our approval letter that October.

First State Liberty was founded out of a concern with how your tax dollars throughout the First State were being handled by local, county and state officials. Our mission is to advocate for the public welfare by educating and informing our fellow citizens on matters of liberty and fiscal responsibility.

As a young organization with a lot of passion to see improvement in the policies of our state, county, and local governments, we appreciate any financial support you can give today toward this mission and our ongoing activities.
