Frequently, liberty activists encounter "Parliamentary Bullies" in local political assemblies and should learn at least the basics of parliamentary procedure to know how to handle them.
Learn all about parliamentary procedure with Laura Legrand, President of the South Carolina Association of Parliamentarians. The first training workshop will be on February 28, 2014 at Mount Pleasant Waterworks (1619 Rifle Range Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464). This class is free to attend; however, it is highly recommended you purchase Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised 11th Edition. For those who make an optional donation of $25 or more for this workshop by February 15, a book will be provided to you by the Republican Liberty Caucus.
The travel expenses of Laura Legrand will have to be paid, so we are asking attendees to contribute as generously as possible to cover travel. Suggested donation is $5 per class which will be collected at each class. Additional donations may be made on this web site.
