Contributions to Brewer for Congress, Inc are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, employer and occupation for each individual whose contribution aggregate in excess of $200 during the election cycle. Under federal law, individuals may contribute a maximum of $2,600 for the primary election and $2,600 for the general election. Couples may contribute $10,400 per election cycle. Contributions from foreign nationals and corporations are prohibited.
