Lincoln's Gettysburg Address 150th Anniversary event: Special Guest Charlie Baker

2014 is a crtical election and our goal is to elect all Republican on our Massachusetts ballot. To aid in this effort, donations to the 150th Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 of Republican President Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address at the world famous Wequassett Resort in Harwich, Massachusetts from 5 to 7:30 p.m will be devoted to electing Republicans in November, 2014. Special guest is the Republican candidate for Governor Charlie Baker, who considers the Gettysburg Address as the finest expression of a public official in American history. His message about A New Birth of Freedom is a challenge to every generation to ensure that our government of the people, by the people and for the people shall not perish from the earth.

To attend the event, the donation is $125 for Fighters for Freedom. For Sponsors the donation is $500 (up to $5,000 is permitted by state law). Call Marie Acton at 508 945 2150 with name tag information (name(s) and town(s).

If you cannot attend, a donation in any amount will be gratefully received.

You may if you wish mail your donations to CRTC Special Account, P.O. Box 408, North Chatham MA 0265 instead of donating online.

Proceeds of this joint fundraising event will help fund the Get Out the Vote 2014 grassroots campaigns of the participating Republican town committees of the Lower Cape (RTCs): (Chatham, Harwich, Orleans, Brewster, Eastham and Truro). Donations by residents of any such town will directly benefit their own town's RTC. The Chatham RTC is acting as joint fundraising agent and coordinator for the RTCs and receives no income for such services.

Under Massachusetts law, contributions are limited to $5000 per person per calendar year to all committees of a state political party (whether given to one committee or several) and must be from personal accounts. No anonymous donations can be accepted and corporate checks and money orders are prohibited. The law also requires the name and residential address for all contributors.
