DC BUS TRIP - May 25/26, 2013

This is the most convenient way we could think of to process payment for those who want to pay by credit card or to make a quick and easy mail free payment.

We are looking forward to an awesome trip and remember that even better than having the opportunity to voice your opinion is the opportunity to meet and spend time with other like-minded individuals from all over the Hudson Valley.

Once you are confirmed, we will not cancel/refund your reservation UNLESS the trip or the event is cancelled, OR UNLESS there is not enough people to pay for another bus.   We will of course fully refund your reservation if you are not able to go because the event or the trip is cancelled for some reason, or if we do not have enough people to justify hiring another bus.

You may also mail in a check if you prefer.  We will hold all checks until 3 days prior to bus trip unless otherwise directed by you to deposit immediately for your accounting purposes.

You can choose from the followig two trip itineraries:

#1 - ONE DAY DOWN & BACK...  This trip as it's title implies is down and back in the same day (Saturday)... Figure 6 hour ride down, 8 hours down there, and 6 hour ride back.  The reservation is for bus travel accomodations only and does not include any meals or other incendentals.  The price is $65 per seat no matter what age.

#2 - OVERNIGHTER TRIP...  Again self explanatory this itinerary is planned for departure Saturday morning attend the 2nd Amendment part of the march at the capitol on Saturday, bus travel to designated hotel for overnight stay, bus travel back to capitol for some of Rolling Thunder Rally on Sunday, then back home to the Hudson Valley.  This reservation is for bus travel only also and does not include the overnight accomodations at the hotel.  You should make your own reservations individually from the block of rooms we have saved specially for our group.  The price is $75 per seat and again no discount for age.

Please make sure you charge the correct amount and let us know which trip and how many people.

Hotel Accomodation information is not included here, because there is the likelihood that we will need to use more than one hotel.  After you make your bus reservation, someone will contact you to confirm your reservation, and answer any additional questions you may have...

Finally, if you cannot go, please consider covering the cost of a seat or two for someone who would like to go, but can't afford it.
