The Oviedo Preservation Project's Citrus & Celery Cook-Off presented by Duda Farm Fresh Foods features some of Oviedo's most creative cuisine as home cooks seek to tantilize our tastebuds with recipes containing the two crops that put Oviedo on the map, citrus & celery.
On Saturday, March 14, 2015 we invite you to sample the recipes of up to 32 cooks who will be showcasing their talents with recipes that involve the two crops that put Oviedo on the map, citrus, and celery. We need 100 members of the community to serve as People's Choice Judges. These Judges will receive guaranteed samples of all of the entries in a particular division (either citrus OR celery - be sure to select the right one when you register below).
