The Oviedo Preservation Project's Citrus & Celery Cook-Off presented by Duda Farm Fresh Foods features some of Oviedo's most creative cuisine as home cooks seek to tantilize our tastebuds with recipes containing the two crops that put Oviedo on the map, citrus & celery.
On Saturday, March 12, 2016 we invite you to sample the recipes of up to 40 cooks who will be showcasing their talents with recipes that involve the two crops that put Oviedo on the map, citrus, and celery. We need 100 members of the community to serve as People's Choice Judges. These Judges will get to sample the recipes that seem most appealing and vote for their favorites.
