2. His bill, HB2889, adds life in prison without parole for child sex crimes or human trafficking. 

 

3. He helped make Arizona a flat income tax state! All residents will only pay 2.5% in income taxes regardless of income level

 

4. Leo helped Arizona Veterans receive a full exemption on veteran retirement. He also was able to help secure a VA home/Medical Center for Mohave County

5. Leo secured $46 Million Dollars to repave all of Highway 95 in Lake Havasu and Bullhead City/Fort Mohave
