Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law also requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals who contribute in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Federal law limits political contributions to $5,200 per person per election cycle: $2,600 for the primary election and $2,600 for the general election. PACs can contribute $10,000 per election cycle: $5,000 for the primary election and $5,000 for the general election. Contributions directly from corporations, federal contractors and foreign nationals without a green card are prohibited. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person.
