By making a contribution, I understand and hereby acknowledge that pursuant to the Campaign Contribution Limits Act of 1995, T.C.A. 2-10-301, et seq., there are limits on how much monies a person or a PAC may contribute to a candidate’s campaign per election and how much monies that a candidate may accept for an election from a person or PAC.

I further acknowledge that individuals are limited to $1,400 for the primary election and $1,400 for the general election. PACs are limited to $10,700 for the primary election and $10,700 for the general election.

I further certify and acknowledge, that the contribution which I am seeking to make, meets the requirements mentioned above.
