Join ARCC

We're glad you've decided to join the Alexandria Republican City Committee. Once you've paid the $40 filing fee, the Committee can elect you to membership at its next monthly meeting. Membership includes the following requirements and obligations, to which you agree by paying the filing fee. These requirements are for ARCC Members only, not Associate Members:

• You are a qualified voter of the City of Alexandria; 
• You are in accord with the principles of the Republican Party;
• You intend to support the Republican nominees in all elections during the two-year term of the City Committee; and 
• You pledge to work on every election day under the direction of Precinct Operations of the ARCC unless disabled, ill, or unavoidably and necessarily out of town.

Contributions or gifts to Alexandria Repulican City Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

The Committee may not accept contributions from (1) corporations or labor organizations, (2) federal government contractors (this prohibition does not apply to employees, individual stockholders, or officers of federal contractors), and (3) foreign nationals (this prohibition does not apply to foreign citizens lawfully admitted for permanent residence).
