Kerry plots a course to avoid "SAILS" tax

The arrogance is just astounding here…The fact that John Kerry refused to pay the taxes that his party voted into law backs up what the Massachusetts Republican Party has been saying for years: the leadership on Beacon Hill and Capitol Hill must lower our taxes across the board. With these burdensome taxes in place, it is anything but smooth sailing for our state’s businesses and their employees.
