I affirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

North Carolina law requires political committees to report the full name, mailing address, job title, or profession and name of employer or employer’s specific field for each individual whose contribution aggregate is in excess of $50 in an election. An individual may contribute $5,100 per election. Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Corporate contributions and contributions from foreign nationals and NC registered Lobbyists are prohibited by law. All Contributions are required to be made with personal funds and not those of another. 

The Committee cannot accept contributions from North Carolina registered lobbyists and are not asking for such. If you are a NC registered lobbyist we are providing you with a copy of this invitation simply to inform you of this event and request that you pass the information along to any interested parties and recommend support where appropriate.
