OUR VOTE SHOULD COUNT!  VOTE NO TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION!

The people of Fremont voted overwhelmingly in a special election held in 2010 to enforce Ordinance 5165.  The ordinance has been upheld in every courtroom and the constitutionality and non-discriminatory facets have prevailed.

Our City Council has chosen to ignore the will of the people and also ignore our federal laws.  Your vote did not count and a democratic election was invalidated by council members and Mayor Scott Getzschman.  OUR VOTE SHOULD COUNT!!

The Mayor and certain members of the city council, and the Chamber of Commerce (whose Director does not even reside in Fremont), continue to encourage illegal immigration for low labor costs, federal money for Fremont business interests, and rental income from illegals.  We have council members who have huge conflicts of interest and are currently renting to illegals.  OUR VOTE SHOULD COUNT!!

Our group is for LEGAL IMMIGRATION but opposes  ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION and all of the costs that are incurred by people that are here illegally.  Costs have soared in our educational system, our hospitals, social services,  and law enforcement.  To learn more about the costs associated with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, go to www.FAIRUS.org.  OUR VOTE SHOULD COUNT!!

THE UNITED STATES is a very welcoming country and welcomes 1.8 million new citizens a year (More than all other countries combined).  This is a nation built on laws and we must continue to make Fremont a law-abiding community.  OUR VOTE SHOULD COUNT!!

Please join us in our fight to uphold the will of the people of Fremont who had their vote denied.

And now, any of those who refuse, or are unable to prove they are citizens will receive FREE insurance paid for by those who are forced to buy insurance because they are citizens.

DID YOU KNOW . . . That our ordinance was written by Kris Kobach, Secretary of State for Kansas and a top constitutional lawyer who has also helped the state of Arizona fight the Federal Government to uphold our immigration laws!

DID YOU KNOW . . . That the City of Fremont has $1.5 million in reserves for proposed lawsuits and has only spent $50,000.
