     The REINS Act rips out the heart of liberalism! 

     That's why Senate Democrats are blocking the REINS Act from even being voted on.  Under Senate rules, just 40 members can block a bill from being voted on, and Democrats have 48 members.

     We must convince EIGHT Senate Democrats to break ranks and allow a vote.  You have a list of possible vote-switchers, prepared for me by Capitol Hill insiders.  They'll flip if they think hundreds of thousands of voters are angry about this.
