This beautiful Ball Gown was designed by Ms. Sabrina of Sew What Designs. Ms. Sabrina just recently moved to Southern California from Okinawa, Japan where her husband, Artie was stationed. Artie just retired from the Marine Corp after 31 years of service. Sabrina graduated from NEC Bauder College, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Associate of Arts in Fashion Design 1990. She has been designing professionally for 16 years. Ms. Sabrina was motivated to take the Sari Challenge as she was eager to promote her seamstress/design skills and she was touched by the plight of widows in India.
Becky St. Cyr is modeling the dress. Her husband is a Marine based at Camp Pendelton. She is a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship on base and she feels very blessed to participate in this year's challenge and to show it off at the Marine Corp Ball this fall.
Each dollar donated counts as a vote for this dress. Every Vote truly does count as the funds rasied goes to help the efforts of the White Rainbow Project : Supporting Women and Girls in need in India.
