This beautiful Ball Gown was designed by Kathy Johnson of Oceanside California. Kathy is an Artist and Ministry Assistant at North Coast Calvary Chapel. She was an Art major in college and she has always loved good design in print or fashion. She is also a big fan of the show “Say Yes to the Dress”. Kathy was motivated to take the Sari Challenge as she is part of the team going to India in January to help and empower the widows and young women at risk. Winning the Challenge would help her raise the needed funds to get there.
Amy is modeling the dress. Her husband is a Marine based at Camp Pendelton. They have 3 active boys under 5, which keep them very busy. She is a member of the Christian Women's Fellowship on base and she feels very blessed to participate in this year's challenge and to show off Kathy's dress at the Marine Corp Ball this fall.
Each dollar donated counts as a vote for this dress. Every Vote truly does count as the funds rasied goes to help the efforts of the White Rainbow Project : Supporting Women and Girls in need in India.
