I affirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

Campaign contributions are not deductible for Federal or State income tax purposes. I acknowledge that I am a U.S. Citizen of at least 18 years of age and legally able to contribute to a political campaign. Campaign finance laws limit individual contributions to a maximum of $15,000 per calendar year per person. A maximum of $10,000 can be contributed into the federal account and $5,000 can be contributed to the state account ($200 per year for a registered Massachusetts lobbyist). Political Action Committee (PAC) contributions are accepted. Corporate and labor organization contributions are prohibited by law. Contributions will be deposited into the Party’s federal account unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Federal law requires the Massachusetts Republican Party to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
