We are trying to raise $1,000 to compete with the NM Sierra Club and ProgressNow NM in their efforts to get out the vote. We can't let progressive groups from Santa Fe and Albuquerque take over our local board by electing progressives from California and Illinois who just moved here. They don't understand our local issues or care for our local economy. They simply care about their own radical agenda.
We need experienced leaders on the Soil & Water Conservation District Board. There's an election on Tuesday and the same people who advocated for the tax increase at the City and County and trying to take over the Soil & Water Conservation District with their Sierra Club-backed candidates.
Polls are open from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Three locations: Dona Ana County Government on Motel Blvd, Anthony Community Center, and Radium Springs Community Center.
We can trust Jerry Schickedanz (North Valley), DJ Martinez (South Valley), and Melissa Gorham (County-wide) to protect our property, keep our taxes low, and work to control our flooding problems. Everyone in the county (except Hatch area) can vote for Melissa Gorham.
