I am humbled by the overwhelming enthusiasm and encouragement I have received from across Southern Arizona to run in 2014.
Everywhere I go, people are asking me to consider running for Congress once again to represent them in Arizona’s 2nd District.
I served in uniform for 26 years and ran for Congress in 2012 with a conviction to continue serving and leading at a critical time in our community and nation. I was inspired by the energy and support from across the district for my effort to serve Southern Arizona in Congress.
After much consideration, I have decided to seriously explore running again.
Washington DC is still lacking leaders who have a proven record of leadership experience, an understanding of the complex issues facing our community and nation, and the courage and endurance to do the right thing.
We need independent leaders who get results, and represent us.

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Individuals may contribute up to $5,200 per election — $2,600 for the Primary and $2,600 for the General election. Individuals may write one check for $5,200 and indicate “Primary/General” in the memo of the check. A couple may write a check drawn on a joint account (both names are listed on the account) for up to $10,000 if “Primary/General” is indicated in the memo of the check and this form is completed and signed by both contributors. Contributions to Martha McSally for Congress are subject to the prohibitions and limitations of the Federal Election Campaign Act. That law prohibits federal contributions from corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence. All contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. The FEC requires us to obtain the name, address, occupation, and employer of all donors whose contributions aggregate more than $200.
