All contributions not permissible under federal law shall be refunded to the contributor. All contributions to the Joint Committee permissible under FECA will be allocated among the participating Committees from the net fundraising proceeds as permitted by FECA and according to the allocation method set forth below. Any contributor may make his contribution payable directly to any of the participating committees, and contributors may designate their contributions to any participant, subject to the Act. Contributions to the Joint Committee will be allocated as follows: The first $2,400 from any single individual’s or any federal non-multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to DFS – 2010 Primary. The next $2,400 from any single individual’s or any federal non-multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to DFS – 2010 General. The next $2,400 from any single individual’s or any federal non-multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to RFS – 2010 Primary. The next $2,400 from any single individual’s or any federal non-multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to RFS – 2010 General. The first $4,800 from any joint individual contribution shall go to DFS – 2010 Primary. The next $4,800 from any joint individual contribution shall go to DFS – 2010 General. The next $4,800 from any joint individual contribution shall go to RFS – 2010 Primary. The next $4,800 from any joint individual contribution shall go to RFS – 2010 General. The first $5,000 from any federal multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to DFS – 2010 Primary. The next $5,000 from any federal multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to DFS – 2010 General. The next $5,000 from any federal multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to RFS – 2010 Primary. The next $5,000 from any federal multicandidate PAC’s contribution shall go to RFS – 2010 General. All contributions permissible under the Act that would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal limit to a Participant shall be reallocated to the remaining participants based upon the remaining Participants’ proportionate share under the allocation formula. Unless a specific designation is made, all contributions will be designated first to the Primary, then to the General election. Notwithstanding this formula, contributors may designate their contributions to any participant, subject to the Act. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Contributions by foreign nationals and corporations are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. * Under federal election law, contributors may choose to designate their contribution directly to DeMint for Senate or Rubio for Senate. Any unallocated contributions will be processed under the joint fundraising agreement.
