Please note that state law limits contributions to $2,000 per person, per election cycle. Accordingly, a married couple is limited to a $4,000 contribution for the primary election, and $4,000 for the general election. The Kansas Campaign Finance Act requires that campaigns report the name and mailing address for each person who contributes over $50. For contributions over $150, the occupation and industry of the donor must also be reported.
