Working With Your Champion Webinar

"I want you to manipulate your legislator."

On Sunday, April 28th at 9 p.m. Eastern Time, the Foundation for Applied Conservative Leadership will be hosting a webinar on working with your inside leaders at the capitol.

In short, we will be discussing how to get politicians on record on the issues you know give you political advantage.  It's an easy concept to understand, but it's hard to make it happen.

That's why we are interviewing Ted Harvey, a former State Representative and State Senator from Colorado and current instructor for the Foundation.  He has a unique perspective as someone who is an activist and a legislator.

You will learn:

>>> When to explain to your inside legislators your bigger plans;

>>> How to work with or around leadership;

>>> How to look for procedural motions or amendment opportunities; and

>>> How to work with your champions.

This is a tricky subject, and is part art, but it's also a skill you can develop and get better at doing, if you understand the principles.  The lessons you will learn apply if you are working with your school board or city council or bigger projects.

Bring your questions for Ted, because we are building Q&A time into this.

This webinar will take your activism to the next level.

DATE: Sunday, April 28th

TIME: 9 p.m. Eastern Time, 8 p.m. Central Time, 7 p.m. Mountain Time, 6 p.m. Pacific Time.

Cost: $10 for the live event (plus access to the recording, even if you miss the webinar), $15 for a recorded replay after the webinar.
